A gal who less cooking in the kitchen will know to do apple jam??
Thanks to food tech lab!! cz i've knew how to do apple jam...hehe
The procedure of making apple jam is quite simple..jz dat v nit to cut da apple into very very tiny pieces and cook it for a period of time to make it soft n becum mash..
v did took a long time in cutting the apple as v seldom cut thing :p
overall the apple jam that v make is quite delicious n yummy!

Food tech lab is so so interesting... im looking forward for nxt sessions of lab as v will learn to baked cake and make yogurt!!
